  • Our business hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM for residential cleaning Monday through Friday. Our after business commercial cleanings operate post 5:30 PM as needed Monday through Friday. Please note, our admin office is closed after 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday and 3:30 PM on Fridays.

  • No. While we do estimate the amount of time needed to clean your home, we charge a flat fee per job. Soap Bubble Cleaning uses a method called “Perfect Maintenance Cleaning”, which rewards our staff members for being time-efficient and allows us to pay them better.

  • Yes! We have a 24 hour guarantee policy and we really want to do a good job! If something is skipped that is included in your cleaning we want to know right away! We do not offer discounts on our work if we miss something, we send our technicians back to fix it and make it right!

  • Chances are if you get sick, you probably won't want your housekeeper to come and be in your space while you are trying to rest.

    We ask that you kindly reschedule to keep our housekeepers and other clients from getting sick.

    We reserve the right to charge a last-minute cancellation fee. We charge 50% of the visit if it cancelled with less than 48 business hours, and 100% with less than 24 hours.

  • No! In addition to cleaning residential homes, Soap Bubble Cleaning also cleans commercial buildings, vacation rentals, and common spaces in apartment complexes.

  • Yes! Please note, move-in and out cleans typically can take up most of the day, so please give us as much notice as possible if you know you will need this service. We do require a 50% deposit for this service. If you cancel within 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable.

  • The following major holidays we will be closed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

    If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, our scheduling coordinator will communicate in advance to adjust your clean to an alternative day. We respect our employees' time, and we strive to give them time off when they need it.

  • We offer a free cleaning to you as long as they sign up as a recurring customer!

  • Soap Bubble Cleaning is available to work on the weekends under specific circumstances, such as for vacation rental cleans. Please note, we reserve the right to charge weekend rates.

  • Soap Bubble Cleaning was established in January 2020. Owner Blair Wasinger has been cleaning houses independently since 2016 and has brought all of her successful systems with her. We take the time to train our employees up to our standards and have a satisfaction guarantee.

  • Stripping bedsheets and remaking the main bed is included in our services. Additional bed making is an extra charge of $10.00/ bed.

    We kindly ask clients to leave a clean set of sheets on the corner of the bed for our staff to efficiently locate.

    Our staff will bring dirty bedding to your washing machine, but due to time constraints we do not wash, dry, and fold laundry.

    Should you desire or require full laundry services, we have a great relationship with North Main Laundry. North Main offers full wash, dry and fold services, for an additional charge. We coordinate your cleaning schedule with North Main Laundry to ensure laundry is drop off and pick up as needed.

  • We accept credit cards. We prefer checks because we avoid fees. We accept cash, checks, and major debit and credit cards at the time of service. Monthly pre-payment for recurring commercial services is also available.

  • We kindly ask clients to clean or consolidate their dishes for our staff to focus on cleaning your kitchen surfaces (appliances, stovetop, oven, counters). We will not unload your dishwasher.

    Full dishwashing services is available upon request during your in-home consultation; however there will be an additional charge.

  • As long as your family members are friendly and well-behaved around us and our equipment, we don't mind them being out and about.

    If you do not intend to be home during your scheduled clean, please secure your animals accordingly.

  • Yes! We are bonded and insured. If you would like to see a copy of our policies, we are happy to send that to you.

  • Ah, windows. We are happy to clean reachable interior windows and make them as streak-free as we can. We are not professional window washers. We generally just Windex windows and remove doggie nose smudges and fingerprints. We clean window tracks in our move-out packages. Feel free to give us a call and ask for our professional window cleaner recommendations.

  • We do not detail cars, campers or RVs.

  • During our move-out cleans, we clean refrigerators for an additional cost.

    Extensively cleaning a fridge takes on average an hour to an hour and a half to remove food stains and remove each compartment and shelf, dry, and replace.

    We clean the exteriors of refrigerators and all appliances in our residential cleans.

  • We are happy to use whatever you think is best for your specific floors. If you have a particular item you are requesting we ask that you supply it. Our top pick is Murphy's Wood Oil Soap.

  • We have our own vacuums that we can bring into your home. It is common for our customers to allow our housekeepers to use their vacuums so we don't have to lug ours into the house and sanitize between houses. We are trained to notify you if a filter needs to be replaced, and we always empty a bagless canister for you.

  • We have everything we need to do a good job. However, if you have specific products you would like us to use, please supply those.

  • Tips are encouraged!

    Cash or preferred cash app given directly to the cleaner is great.

    You can also call or email business@soapbubblecleaning.com to leave a tip on your credit card.

  • We have found that it works best to order a lockbox from Amazon and leave the key at the residence. We prefer not to have access codes, if at all possible. We never label our keys with your address in case they are lost. We keep all of our keys on a separate key ring that stays with our supplies.

  • No, but it is great if you can meet your cleaner for the first visit.

  • We try to pair you with one of our excellent housekeepers and have the same person come each time. Occasionally if a housekeeper needs a day off or something comes up, a substitute cleaner will come instead. There will be no difference in service as all of our housekeepers are trained to the same level of expertise. Sometimes the owner or her assistant will drop by for quality checks.

  • Our residential cleans are mostly accomplished solo. If you have a large house, we will assign two to three housekeepers to the house each time.

  • We respond the fastest by submitting a request on our website. For questions about billing, email works great. You can reach us at (970) 946-4186 and at business@soapbubblecleaning.com. Calls and texts after 5:00 pm will be forwarded to voicemail and returned first thing in the morning.

  • We carry insurance to reimburse you. We do not handle breakables or sentimental items. Please point out priceless possessions and have us clean around them. If an item needs to be dusted underneath or around, we ask that you store them in a safe location while we clean.

  • Never! We would never disclose any of your personal information or preferences to neighbors or anyone else. Your privacy is safe with us.

  • Our primary schedule is scheduled on a bi-weekly calendar. You will receive a reminder three days before your clean and a text the day before. Our goal is to make your cleaning as routine as possible.

  • Yes, we do! Keeping to a schedule is vital to our success, so we work hard and effectively to show up on time.

    Our staff will notify you of our arrival with a Jobber “on my way” text.

    If we have a clean run over, our team will communicate to notify you.

  • We have a checklist of items that we work off and complete. We set ourselves apart by adding what we call a 'here or there item' when time allows. A here or there item is a chore that is off the normal path.

  • We pay taxes! Let us know how we can help provide a backlog of statements. You may be able to write off your cleaning expense if you have a home office.

  • Not at all! We would hate to bother you when you are on the phone, so just let us know if you would like us to hold off on vacuuming.
