Vacation Homes and Rentals
This cleaning package includes the detailed tasks of cleaning all rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, etc. We make dusting, cleaning out the fridge and microwave, and bathrooms completely touched up and thoroughly sanitized. We also include laundry in this package. We will strip bed sheets, washing and replacing it onto the bed for you. The towels will be washed and put away. An additional fee may be charged if laundry is off-site.
If there is anything special you need specifically done, please let us know beforehand. If the cleaners are to replace any toiletries, please let us know beforehand where to find the replacements. We also need to be aware of instructions on entering and exiting the residence. Ex. Setting thermostats to a certain temp or flipping a breaker.
